Cloza exists because this should never happen again.
How it works
Set your price, break it into milestones, define what you're delivering, set a revision limit. Takes 2 minutes. Your client gets a link — not a confusing dashboard.
They open your link, review the proposal, sign the agreement with their name, and pay via Paystack — card, bank transfer, or USSD. No account required. Funds go into escrow immediately.
Mark the milestone as delivered, add a note or attach files. Your client gets a notification. They have 72 hours to approve or request a revision.
Client approves, funds release instantly to your Cloza wallet. Or — if they ghost you — the escrow auto-releases after 72 hours. Either way, you get paid.
Everything you need
Send a branded proposal link in 2 minutes. Your client reviews, signs, and pays — all in one place. No PDFs. No back-and-forth.
Client pays before you start work. Funds are held by Paystack — not released until you deliver and they approve. If they go quiet, you're automatically paid after 72 hours.
Every project creates a legally grounded agreement: scope, revision limits, payment terms, IP transfer clause. Both parties get a signed PDF copy instantly.
Split any project into up to 10 milestones. Each one has its own payment, deadline, and delivery. You control the flow — clients can't hold the whole project hostage.
Invoice Nigerian clients in Naira. International clients? Bill in USD — we show them the NGN equivalent at Paystack's live rate. They pay by card, you receive in Naira.
Approved funds hit your Cloza wallet immediately. Withdraw to any Nigerian bank account or fintech — Opay, Kuda, GTBank — in 1 business day.

“I sent my first Cloza proposal to a client who had previously paid me 3 weeks late. He signed and paid the deposit within 20 minutes. Something shifted — he took the project seriously because I did.”

Questions
No. We use Paystack's Splits API — when your client pays, Paystack splits the funds automatically. 98% goes straight to your Paystack subaccount, 2% comes to us. We never actually hold your money.
This is exactly what escrow is for. If a client doesn't respond to a delivery within 72 hours, the funds auto-release to your wallet. If they explicitly dispute, our team reviews both sides within 24 hours and makes a decision.
Yes — your client needs zero accounts to pay. They open your proposal link, sign with their name, and pay with any Nigerian bank card, bank transfer, or USSD. International clients can pay with Visa or Mastercard.
You set your price in dollars. Your client sees the USD amount and the Naira equivalent at Paystack's current rate. When they pay, Paystack processes it and settles in Naira. You receive Naira — the rate is Paystack's, not the parallel market.
In Nigeria, electronic signatures are legally recognized under the Cybercrimes Act and general contract law principles. The signed name, timestamp, IP address, and activity log are stored and available for download.
